Gersh Experience is a residential program for young adults on the autism spectrum designed to support our clients in achieving maximal independence. We take a comprehensive approach to teach our clients independent living skills, provide vocational training and work experience, support skill development and provide opportunities to improve socialization, and teach coping strategies to take on the many challenges of living independently.Four Pillars of Support: IndependenceInstilling independent living skills to ensure students leave the program ready to succeed in adult life on their own.
